Altavilla. Enrolled in the register of Journalists of
the National Press Association of Italy since 1982, he has
carried out intense activity both as responsible of the
Cultural pages of the “Napoli oggi” weekly magazine (from
1980 to 1984) and collaborating for the cultural services of
various newspapers, between which “Esquire”, “Avanti!”, “La
gazzetta del mezzogiorno”, “Napoli notte”. ANSA Information
Agency collaborator from 1983 to 1994, has been from 1976 to
1992 Head of Press and P.R. Office at San Carlo Opera House
in Naples. “Illica” prize in 1982 for the activity carried
out just in this last one Institution, he has long
broadcasting experience, having cooperated for six years
with the musical emission “Pomeriggi musicali” of Radiotre
(RAI – Italian National Broadcasting Company) and for a lot
of years with Regional News Space of Radiodue (RAI). let
alone some television experiences with RAI - Raitre. With
the Radio of Italian Switzerland it has several times
collaborated for the news emission.
His professional activity has been carried out to the foreign country too, touching - between the others - countries like the Former Soviet Union (Azerbaijan and Russia), Federal Republic of Germany and Former East Germany, Hungary, Brazil, France (where he has cooperated, in voice, to the programs of Radio France), United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Ireland, Slovenia, Malta, Slovakia, Tunisia, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, Portugal. He also carried his reporter activity during crises periods in Lebanon, Iran and during the first Gulf War in Iraqi and Jordania.
Currently he is interested to the applications of the
communication through nets data transmissions and to new
multimedia technologies and graphical applications
concerning the Web.
